• In a communication to PAHH, Mr. Mettis describes this collection of short stories. as follows:

  This is my most recent book ~ a collection of twenty-one short stories based on the ups and downs of modern-day Greeks trying to settle in foreign lands or to flee from their miseries.

  Every single short story in this collection has drawn its theme, content, from real or semi-real factors; hence, its title True Stories in Disguise.
