The purpose of publications in the PAHH web-site.

- The PAHH publications provide an opportunity for us to reflect and remember, to record our histories.
- The PAHH publications also provide source data for researchers.
How to submit your work.

- Prepare your text with a word-processor, such as Microsoft Word.
- Put your files on a disc.
- Contact PAHH for the specific postal address for the submission.
- Send the disc to the postal address that you will receive from us.
Submission of graphics with your text.

- You may submit text with or without photos, maps, and other graphics.
We will compose the web-pages for your publication either way.
- Submit any graphics as files such as .gif or .jpg along with your text file(s).
Your review of the material before publication.

- You may review your material while it is being prepared for publication.
- We will enter into dialogue with you as we prepare your material.
We will direct you to a draft of the work during preparation, and we will welcome your suggestions.
Format (appearance) of the publication online.

- Your work will appear in its own set of web-pages.
- Your web-pages will hold the PAHH header-graphic and links to the PAHH home-page.
Otherwise, your pages will consist of your own work only.
How will people locate your published work?

- Your work will be listed in the contents of the memoirs section of the PAHH web-site.
- Furthermore, the addresses of your web-pages will be given to search engines by us.
Your copyright over your text.

- You will hold the copyright over your own text.
- Your copyright will be stated in each of your web-pages.
- If you want to register the copyright formally, then this will be your own responsibility (about which we may be pleased to advise).
Costs for the publishing (no costs to you).

- PAHH is not a commercial enterprise.
We state this in our page about PAHH.
- You will not be charged for publication in PAHH.
Voluntary, Tax-Deductible Donations.
